Manuscript Submission

1.The document should be in English and all authors should prepare full versions of papers in word and pdf for doc format. Papers must be with at least 4 pages, including text, references, tables and figures.

2.The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.

3.Submitting a paper to the conference means that if the paper was accepted, at least one author will complete the regular registration and attend the conference to present the paper. For no-show authors, their papers will not be included in the proceedings.

Absract Submission

1.Abstract submitted to the conference should be written in English only. Abstract submitted to the conference should follow the template provided.

2.Authors with accepted abstracts will be invited to give the oral presentation or poster presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

3.Abstract should be within 1 page in length, contains about 250 words.

Notes

1.Please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.

2.Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

3.Please prepare your paper according to the attached paper template.The minimum page limit for all manuscripts is 4 full pages,When it exceeds 6 pages, each additional page will be extra page fee(50 USD/350 RMB per page). These limits include all figures, tables, and references.

4.All papers will undergo a thorough peer review process. Accepted full papers that are presented at the conference will be published in proceedings.

5.The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.

6.Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require to do necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day.

7.Please check your mailbox and add the conference secretary's email address,  ictees@outlook.com, into your whitelist to avoid any delay.

8.Dimensions for the conference poster are 841 * 594 mm(A1). Height is 841 mm, width is 594 mm. Please click here to download the poster template.
