Registration Fee Covers

  1. Manuscript Registration: Publication and presentation of one paper.
  2. Abstract Registration: Presentation of one paper.
  3. Access to meeting sessions.
  4. Coffee breaks, lunch, dinner during the conference days.
  5. Conference kits such as conference program, certificate, conference souvenirs.

Guidelines for Registration

If you are an oral presenter and need to publish your paper in the Conference Proceedings, you should register as "Manuscript Registration".

If you do not need to publish your paper in the Conference Proceedings, you should register as "Abstract Registration".

If you are a listener without a presentation or a publication, you should register as "Listener".

Student registers should provide their valid student ID copy.

If the paper exceeds 6 pages, the extra pages will be charged.

Notes

At least one author will register for each accepted paper and present the paper at the conference. Otherwise, the paper could not be included in the Conference Proceedings. (Co-authors and accompanying persons can register as Listeners.) 

The registration form is submitted to the conference email address; the registration will be confirmed after the registration fee is received in full.

Authors can attach a plagiarism report (by iThenticate) when submitting a paper to the conference. The paper will go through plagiarism detection throughout the publication process. If a plagiarism is detected, the paper will be rejected and no refund request will be accepted.

For an on-site attendance, participants should confirm the paper ID, date, venue, and transportation information with the conference organizer before making a travel plan. Please appy for a visa and book a accommodation in advance.

Accepted and registered papers will be published in the digital Conference Proceedings. 

For "No shows", the registration fee is nonrefundable.

Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, there may be alternative ways to present the paper. It is also possible to transfer it to another conference in the conference portfolio. If the aforementioned solutions are not applicable, the following cancellation and refund policies apply.

Up to 30 days prior to the conference date, 70% the registration fees is refundable

15-29 days, 50% the registration fees is refundable

Less than 14 days, no refund.

Please note: The cancellation and refund request must be made formally through the conference email.

Disclaimers 

The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war, epidemic and all similar situations beyond the organizer’s control. 

If the on-site conference cannot take place due to force majeures, participants will be invited to attend the conference virtually or transfer their participation to other on-site conferences (within 5 months).

Conference manuscripts will be submitted to the indexing databases for indexing. As indexing services are independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.

Submission and registration must be managed using the officially authorized channels (online system, email address) published on this website. Regular consultation can be carried out through WeChat (published on the website). Registration process notification will be sent to ictees@outlook.com. Please do not trust any non-official contacts. If you receive any suspicious call, text message, email or notice any suspicious website, please report to us immediately. The conference organizer accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by unauthorized third party.
